Chemflo Pro Chemical Doser

The Chemflo PRO is a compact electronic communication and control system, designed for use with many different measuring sensors.

Chemflo PRO is a top of the range  instrument controller equipped with the capability to connect up to four sensors of any type with appropriate analogue outputs and relays. Equipped with data logging as standard and multiple PID loops as options, the Chemflo PRO can control complex water treatment processes at a fraction of the cost of other controllers.

Remote Communication
Optional 3G Communication module available. Alternatively, if your facility has a
LAN (Local Area Network) and it can access the internet then you don’t need a
modem, just an optional LAN card is required.

Sensors
Chemflo PRO is able to use amperometric sensors to measure the concentrations
of Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide and Hydrogen Peroxide.
The sensor transforms an electrical signal into a concentration value that can be easily read by the operator.

Each sensor is supplied with:

  • Sensor
  • Membrane cap
  • 100 ml bottle of electrolyte
  • 1 piece of abrasive emery paper
  • Signal cable

The sensors are sensitive to changes in water flow and pressure. Therefore they
need to be placed in a circulation loop that ensure a consistent and steady values
of water flow and pressure.

Open Overflow Cells (double/triple)
The open overflow cell is designed to allow the sensors to be housed in a sample
of water at constant flow and pressure. Each controllers is provide with its
corresponding overflow cell.
